Sixteen months of building, already on the calendar.
Every free class and paid workshop from August 2026 to November 2027, with one workshop a month at most. You can see what’s coming, tell your manager early, and put it in next year’s budget before the year starts.
Sessions run live on Google Meet, usually on the last Tuesday of the month. Dates are tentative until we confirm them, roughly eight weeks ahead.
Why this calendar exists
You already know what you want to build. The year keeps eating the time.
I asked over fifty HR professionals and founders what was taking up their time and what they wished AI could take off their hands. The same specific answers kept coming back.

Who is teaching
Over 12 years of building capacity and helping people do their best work.
I’ve spent those years designing and supporting people processes and creating work environments where people can thrive. When AI arrived, I gave serious time and resources to working out how to apply it to real people and business processes.
I’m sharing what I found so you don’t spend as long as I did searching, learning and experimenting. The goal is for HR professionals and business leaders to design, build and apply AI to their own people and business processes, without depending on me or anyone else.
You can see it in the results. Bilikis built an AI-powered culture-fit assessment tool in the Primer Automation Lab and won ₦750,000 at the HR of the Future Hackathon, close to three times what the programme cost. Victoria built a Performance Management System that ran a live appraisal cycle, and she now co-coaches with me. The final session of the first sprint was led by a participant. That’s the outcome I aim for every time.
